Carrot Cake Bliss Bites
Ingredients
3/4 cup medjool dates
1/4 cup walnuts
1 small carrot
1/4 tsp maca powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp molasses
Directions
Blend pre-soaked medjool dates to a blender along with walnut to a paste
Toss in molasses, shredded carrot, and dry ingredients
Continue blending on a low-setting
Roll in dried coconut
