Juicing can serve as a powerful tool in cellular detoxification. Juices are hydrating and packed with minerals, vitamins, and astringents that assist the body to remove cellular waste. Astringents break down excessive mucous, which causes inflammation in the body. Antioxidants scavenge free radicals studies have linked to cancer. Vitamins and minerals supplement nourishment of the body.

Juicing complements a lifestyle abundant in fiber-rich fruits and vegetables and can further supply nutrients and hydration to the body. Constant bloating, fatigue, or chronic acne often signal an accumulation of waste. Fiber, water, and nutrient-dense fruits and vegetables play a huge role in supporting the functioning of the digestive system. Fiber feeds good microbes in the digestive tract, which impacts immune response. A fluid similar to H2O produced by fruits and vegetables known as H3O2 hydrate cells lining the gut taking a gel-like state in the colon, helping waste to move smoothly through the GI tract.
